the attachment no 1 is timeframe requested by Debbie.  please see if you understand it.   then if you do , put timeframe -table on one page or less than a page.   

 

the next attachment shows same timeframe as written before not in table.  Make sure the activities in the original timeframe are all into the table timeframe.

 

I also put the objective into table -it is an idea to check with Debbie.
