Ode to Simplicity I'm already in heaven because I tell only truth, although I sometimes refrain from telling the whole truth. I'm already in heaven because I see the needs of people around me although I do not always know how to help. I'm already in heaven because I seek the happiness of everyone around me although sometimes I fail to understand how to help. I'm already in heaven because I'm sensitive to how other people see although sometimes I don't know how other people fail to see. I'm already in heaven because I accept each other person although sometimes I offer friendly criticism. I'm already in heaven because I do not fear criticism for what is true of me although I sometimes do avoid tellin what would upset others. I'm already in heaven because I enjoy the feeling of being alive although I know that I will die much sooner than I wish. I'm already in heaven because I never condemn another person although I see the mistakes ey makes. I'm already in heaven because I have loyalty to everyone although sometimes I must balance one loyalty against another. I'm already in heaven because I never fight with another although sometimes I must afirm that my way is not eir way. Kermit Rose The above is subject to revision, based on comments I get from readers.
