F is for our feelings which guide us. May our feelings be guided by wisdom. G is for gem, a thing of beauty and value. May we find the nonmaterial gems of life. H is for health, a key component of happiness. I is for interpertation. How we interpert events determines our happiness. J is for joy, the measure of fulfillment. May we experience it often, whether through our own efforts, or through the efforts of others. K is for kindness which earns us our neighbors love. L is for lax, the quality of being at ease with the world. M is for mad, which we must keep brief. N is for natural nap which is when we wake exactly when we please. The natural nap is a great source of restoration. O is for the opposition which we sometimes meet. To match opposition, we seek what merger with the opposition will best lead to peace and harmony. P is for peace. One meaning of peace is at-one-ment with the world. Isn't it interesting that at-one-ment is a positive image of harmony with the world, while a-tone-ment is a negative image of vicarious punishment of a scapegoat. Q is for the queries we must make to stay at peace. R is for the reason we have which enables us to understand what makes for harmony. S is for sad which it is ok to be. Eventually we will move from sad to glad. T is for true, a most valuable quality of being in tune with the world. V is for variable. Life is variable, almost constantly changing. W is for the wisdom that we seek to guide our lives. X is for xanth, the yellow color that symbolizes magic. Y is for you. You are an important part of the world. Z is for zest. It is normal to have a zestful, energetic life.
