My critique:
Chapter 2: What they're calling "strict vetting" shows no signs of being especially strict, rigorous, effective. I see nothing about polygraph, EEG, fNMR/fMRI. I see nothing about boots-on-the-ground background investigations in all the places visa applicants may inhabit. I see nothing about working out quarantine and detention facilities for military-age men, family-groups, for identifying and corroborating family relationships... Ask the immigration judges, CBP, ICE, HSI... it's complicated beyond what DHS and INS veterans are used to including in their cogitations. Their expectations seem to be little or nothing, mere gestures, not thorough, not plausibly effective. And 650 or 700 or 800 immigration judges, rapidly all trained up somehow, and conscientious, would still be insufficient to rapidly work through the cases.
"Chapter 666: is a fiasco from what I can see. ObummerDoesn'tCare, Medicare, Medicaid, & Socialist Insecurity were never fiscally sound; they're all Ponzi schemes that rely unrealistically on more and more young wage-earners foregoing their prospects for investment, for business creation, for home ownership, for homes, lawns & gardens in order to feed the bureaucracy with a fraction going to keep people hooked on the schemes. Without clear respect for privacy, I'm going nowhere near any government, tax-related "primary care", "senior care", seniornapping, etc.
Chapter 7: It would be better to return the vast majority of K-12 education to people within 2 miles of each student's home, not the feral federal government, not the state government, not the county government. Even many of the townships have become rotten. Employment rates for people without a HS diploma have been increasing gradually for quite some time, while those with the equivalent of a bachelor's degree have been dropping.
Chapter 8: Yes, take care of the veterans. Have you seen the employment rates for veterans lately?
Chapter 9: Yes, we need to drain the swamp, remove the bureaubums, the infiltrated extreme Illiberal Leftists/ Dems/ Reds/ Regressives/ Socialists/ Fascists/ Nazis/ Marxists/ Communists/ Bolsheviks/ Stalinists/ Maoists/ Collectivists. But I don't see how to do that with the "public service" laws and regs. meant to "professionalize" and make agencies facially "meritocratic" though not in fact. Voter IDs must be separated from "driver licenses", from "school IDs". Voting ID has different requirements, different purpose.
Chapter 10: OK but thin on detail, on necessary means.
