* cut O + L + H guest-work visas to no more than 5K/year (total)
* cut F student visas to no more than 10K/year (total) and eliminate CPT & OPT (encourage more apprenticeships/internships, co-ops for USA citizens)
* end visa waivers (everyone must pass a conscientious background investigation, regardless of country of birth or citizenship or most recent residence)

* terminate/eliminate permission to work from exchange / student exchange / cultural exchange visa programs (you can put on plays, pageants, dance, music, local craftsmanship & industry demonstrations, but not settle in to jobs in hotels, resorts, USA industries, craftsmanship, agriculture, etc.)
* phase out unconstitutional Medicaid & Medicare over 3 years
* phase out the unconstitutional Socialist Insecurity Abomination over 5 years; start by increasing benefit eligibility age;
* end government subsidies for hospitals (and the attached strings)
* end government subsidies for scientific research (except for defense which should cover defense against biological warfare & epidemics)
* repeal regressive income extortion (i.e. repeal 16th amendment; replace with national retail sales tax with hard-cap constitutional top rate of 9.875% structured as a levy on the states)
* set normal import tariff/duties/taxes to a maximum cap of 9.875%, and MFN to a cap of 8%, dumping penalties to at most 50%, and fraud penalties to at most 120%, eliminate exemptions to bring back burden to between 40% & 65% of all goods and services imported into USA with the aim of reaching an overall weighted average rate of 8%-12.5%
* revoke the charter of the CFPB and repeal the rest of Dodd-Frank
* revoke the charter of the Federal Reserve System and establish a stable, hard money
* repeal direct election of senators (repeal 17th amendment)
* repeal the unconstitutional National Firearms Act and its amendments
* cut federal extortion by at least 2%, cut spending by at least 10% ("mandatory", "discretionary", "on-budget", "off-budget"), & each super-function, function, micro-function, object, etc.)
* de-fund and repeal the charters of CPB/NPR/PBS
* de-fund the national endowments for arts and humanities and AFI

* cut foreign aid

"...I remember America's 200th birthday in 1976 when I was just a 15-year-old kid growing up in Atlanta. It was a moment of pride, and as I prepare for the 250th, it is a time of even greater pride. However, before we get to 1776 July 4 [and 2026-07-04], American Independence Day, just so you know, the Republican Party of Texas was founded by 150 Black men on American Independence Day, 1867. I am especially looking forward to running the 111th Annual Lexington Five Miler, part of the celebration of «the shot fired heard 'round the world». Imagine that the kid born in the inner city of Atlanta, Georgia, in a segregated, Blacks-only hospital, will be running a 5-mile race on the day 250 years ago, almost to the exact time when men stood against the greatest military power the world knew at that time... It was the called upon militia, ordinary men [city men, village men, farmers] who believed in a simple ideal -- individual Liberty. And so it goes, they had a name based upon that concept -- the Sons of Liberty...
On 1775 April 17 & 1775 April 19, the mission of the British troops marching inland from Boston was to find and destroy a weapons and armaments [and factories that were] supplying the Sons of Liberty. The Redcoats then, as the modern Redcoats now, understood that you could only subjugate a population that was unarmed. The British, like the [regressive] socialists, want subjects. Then as now, they comprehend that armed individuals have a greater chance to resist and be citizens. As a matter of fact, it was Thomas Paine who asserted, «the duty of a true Patriot is to protect his Country from its government». So, why would these leftist Colorado legislators pass legislation banning weapons that have a detachable magazine?...

So, why didn't he, and they report back: this individual did not initiate force, that one broke a window, that one shoved someone, that other one tore down a barricade that should not have been there... Get specific. If an individual initiated force or fraud, destroyed property, then charge them for their specific actions, not for exaggerated generalities. Destroyers of property should be required to pay 3 times the cost of repair or replacement, and a night in jail. Those who walked into the capital building should never have been arrested. There should never have been middle-of-the night aggressive entries. No one should have been kept in isolation. No one should have been denied access to lawyers for so much as 20 minutes. Those involved in such abuses of the protestors should also face loss of employment, some stern counseling, and the worst of them a year of two in federal prison. If Dennehy was managing more than 3 such government-employed malefactors, his leadership is bad; he needs to face some counseling and penalties in proportion.
